They don't have much feel in them and it's hard to judge how much to press on the accelerator to get the right speed (there's just no resistance from it) and the brake is also a little loose but not as bad as the accelerator. The main problem I have with my DFGT is that it's quite noisy when turning the wheel and when you first plug it in when it spins round and the pedals feel too loose for me. Yes, I'm running quite a few mods from the Steam workshop, As for graphics and environment, these are the mods that I use. It's not the best option, but it's better than nothing. So, whenever I have to use those tools, I can save the game on GFN, load that save up on my laptop locally, do whatever changes I wanted to do, save it, load it back up on GFN, and because of Cloud syncing, those changes are now available on GFN.
Kinda good news is that, if I use mods that only tinker with vanilla assets, (moveit, roundabout/overpass builder, forest brush, etc.) even after removing the mods, the changes stay in place.

Yes, Epic Games gave away the base game for free during the holidays, and I've wanted to play Cities: Skyline since release, but my laptop was nowhere near powerful enough to run it, and I couldn't afford to buy a new laptop or the game, but here I am now, using the same laptop, but instead of watching YouTube videos of Cities:Skyline, I am actually able to play it maxed out without any trouble thanks to both EGS and GFN, and I really enjoyed the base game for more than a month, over the course I could see the various problems with the base game, I know some of them were addressed with DLCs, but still loads were missing and we're added in by mods, so I wanted to try out a few of them.Īs for mod environment, EGS doesn't have a workshop as of yet so if you want to have mods, you have to manually download and install them, which is fine, but GFN is super restrictive of how you use their rigs, anything apart from playing the game that you launched using the GFN library is simply not possible, you can't access file explorer, any browser, start menu, nothing.
